My request/recommendation is to have a space that shows when each email/reminder goes out to participants. This would reduce the need to track it oneself if it was reflected in the system.
Thanks for the feature request @amanda.tom! If I am understanding you correctly, you are asking for a “log” of the emails that have been sent out (e.g. time/date, number of emails sent and subject of the email). This could then be viewed / expanded in that send emails functionality so you could easily see the history of email communications.
What we have at the moment is not quite that but, just in case you weren’t already aware, if you download the respondent list there is a column that Polinode adds for the time/date that the last email was sent to each individual so you can easily see that way when the last overall email was sent (via the most recent value in that column).

Yes that’s correct! As well as who it went out to. It would operate similarly to an ‘outbox.’
