Greetins! When using a question type “search and select”, if a name or last name has more than 8 matches, some of the names are not shown in the list due to the limitation of amount of rows. I have used a combination of names and depatment name, e.g. “John Doe - Finance”, but if there are more than 8 hits within a list of more than 1,000 employees, then some of the information cannot be found, unless “middle name” is added for instance. Given not everybody usually know full names of they targets, is there any way to expand the displayable list to show all possible search hits? Is there any other possible solution? Your help will be appreciated.
I am afraid it’s not currently possible to expand the number of items returned beyond the 8 shown. Typically there are not more than 8 people with the same name in an ONA but I do hear what you say about respondents not always knowing both the first and last name. It would be great to see this as a feature request. In the interim I suggest including an email in the instructions of the survey that a respondent can reach out to in case they are unable to find a name.
