Polinode’s passive data integrations now include the ability to export the raw metadata. Simply click the “Export to s3” button as shown in the screenshot below and a set of csv files containing all of the raw metadata that Polinode has collected will be exported. We will also use timezone data from other your Directory or Slack to convert timestamps to local time and include hour of day and day of week information for each event for each participant in the interaction (where that data is available for them). This makes the analysis of work patterns data possible, for example, it allows you to answer questions such as which teams are sending / receiving messages outside of work hours or on weekends?
