Is there a maximum number of users I can set-up and is there an extra cost to give other access?
There are two types of accounts in Polinode - individual accounts and organisation accounts. Both the Basic and Professional plan relate to individual accounts. They are designed for an individual user to use and access Polinode. Of course another user can sign up for their own Basic or Professional account and enter their own credit card details and they will then be able to access any Private networks or Surveys that you explicitly share with them under Manage and then Users. For clarity, it’s possible to share a private network that you own with a Basic user (i.e. they don’t need a Professional account to access your private network). They would need to manage their own account and billing though.
The other type of accounts in Polinode are organisation accounts. These accounts are designed for Enterprises and Consultants and include organisation management functionality. They come with the ability for admin users to provision and manage groups of users. You will find this account type as the Enterprise option at www.polinode.com. The option is also available to Polinode Partner customers as well (i.e. organisations that typically provide consulting / services to other end-user customers). If you would like more details on the pricing for Enterprise or Partner accounts please get in touch via info@polinode.com.
