I want to add an additional email respondent to an extant survey which is already collecting. Before I make a drastic mistake I am assuming I download the respondent list, add the new respondent and then upload the amended list?
@Outhentics That is correct! You should always ensure that you first download the respondent list then make any additions or deletions before uploading it again. Polinode will then first run a check and will process immediately if there are only additions. If there are any deletions you will be warned about them and asked to confirm before the list list upload proceeds.
